Inmates are allowed to make outgoing, collect phone calls between the hours of 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM. To create a new prepaid account or to make a credit card deposit on your AdvancePay account, hear your account balance, hear deposit instructions for sending money through Western Union or through the mail, or to discontinue automatic funding, go to www.ConnectNetwork.com, or call (800) 483-8314.
