Confinement Report

In an effort to maintain compliance with New York State Minimum standards, particularly with the recently revised regulations associated with HALT (Humane Alternative Long Term Confinement), the Tioga County Sheriff's Office has adopted the practice of publishing segregated confinement reports. This report makes available to the public the results of special populations subject to segregated confinement, length of segregated confinement, and hearing results related to segregated confinement.
