Effective February 1, 2010 the NYS Division of Criminal Justice Services requires that all civil fingerprint submissions for background checks and licensing be completed digitally.
If you are required to have fingerprints submitted for the purpose of gaining employment or for obtaining a particular License within
L-1 Identity Solutions currently offers electronic fingerprinting for these agencies: NYS Department of Health; NYS Department of State; NYS Liquor Authority/Alcohol and Beverage Control; NYS Ofice of Children and Family Services; NYS Department of Insurance; New York Record Review, and various other state agencies
